The Breining Research and Education
Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt, public benefit
corporation, dedicated to the research of addictions and disseminating
results of that research freely to the public and professionals involved
in the addictions field.
One of the primary
methods of disseminating this information is through articles published
in the Breining Institute Journal of Addictive Disorders,
available on-line at no cost through the Breining Institute web site.
The articles published in the Journal, while copyrighted,
may be copied in whole or in part, provided
that the material used is properly referenced, and that the noted
citations are used in full.
The Foundation relies on the generosity of
individuals, corporations and foundations to provide the funding
necessary for researchers at the Masters and Doctorate levels. The
Foundation also receives an ongoing donation of administrative support
from Breining Institute, in order that all of the funds donated from
other sources go directly to the actual research and publication of the
related articles. |
